Textiles:   Designer Silks

From 1988 the artist has frequently incorporated designer art garments into solo exhibitions. Where Design forms and motifs are often stimulated by landscape subject matter in the exhibition's paintings.

In 1990, when in partnership with Lorraine Marter, garment maker from Renmark, SA, two stories of garments were selected in the finals of the Lady Mayoress Fashion Design Awards.

Garments are designed in consultation with Wendy Dabinet, pattern maker and dressmaker.

Garments, silk scarves, wraps etc are produced for galleries and individuals, and are available through the Stacey Gallery.
